It's time for some change! You could see some changes in the pevious comic, but we're preparing a bigger swithc in concept and visual art, so hang on and stay tooned!

Milyen érdekes számomra, hogy mennyire képes lealacsonyodni az saját kategóriáért kiáltó szintekre, ha különbözővel találkozik és él együtt. A fehérséggel együtt járó, - csoport tagoknak láthatatlan - előnyök számosak: jobb nevelési körülmények, oktatás, nagyobb szolidaritás és támogatás, hogy 4-ből 4 munkahelyen nem utasítanak vissza automatikusan egy olyan valamiért, amiért nem tehetsz vagy, hogy fel tudsz szállni egy járműre anélkül, hogy feszengő és gyűlölködő emberek vennének körbe. Ennek a hatásait nem értjük és nem is akarjuk valahol. Okot találunk arra, hogy miért felelősek ők, hogy milyen belső, sőt, veleszületett tulajdonságok miatt tehet minden hátrányáról amelyben - természetesen - csoportunk és társadalmunk semmilyen mértékben nem játszott szerepet. Mások kultúrájának vagy életmódjának elfogadása ha ellent mond a mienkkel haszontalan és veszélyes, így megannyi értékes individuumot dobunk el és segélyekkel próbáljuk megoldani ragtapaszként a nyílt törésként megjelenő problémát. De hát miért ne. Mi is küzdöttünk "ugyan azok a körülmények közt" vagy "ugyan azokkal a problémákkal", így sorsuk - és ellenük irányuló megvetésünk - indokolt.

How interesting is to me, that we can descend to such depths, that demand their own category of low, if we encounter and live with those who differ from us. Whiteness has - invisible for those who live with it - a number of benefits: better circumstances while growing up, better education, larger solidarity and support, the fact, that 4 out of 4 times, you will not be rejected by a phenonemon that you are not responsible about, or you can simply get on a public vechile without the surrounding tension or hate. We can not understand the effects of this, and - somewhere deep inside us - we don't want to. We look for a reason, why they are respondible, and what inner attribute is the cause, of their handicap. Of course, our dominant ethnic group and society "does not" play any part of their circumstenses, or the thoughts and feelings which developed in a member from a minor group. Cultures, which oppose the dominant one deemed useless or even dangerous, so we throw out numerous valuable future member of a common society, and try to mend the problems with aid of money as effecient as a band-aid on an open faul. But, why not. We too made an effor, fought between the "same circustenses" and with the "same problems", so their destiny - and our darting contempt - is justified.

Ha megvizsgáljuk a világ véleményét a sikeres oktatásról, realizálhatjuk, hogy a Szputnyik sokk után igencsak érdeklődővé vált, és elkezdődtek a törekvések a nemzetközi kutatásokra. Azóta ennek hatalmas kultúrája - és velejáró pénzösszegei - van, hiszen jól illik a kapitalista világrendbe, mint a hosszú távú befektetés egy formája és versenyképesség tartása. A sikeres és hatékony oktatásról való diskurzus és  kutatások száma folyamatosan növekszik és a nevelés tudomány számos kiváló tudásanyaggal bővítette repertoárját. Azonban ha ezt a globális grandiózusságot próbáljuk egy egyszerű intézmény világába sűríteni és tuszkolni, mint az iskola, joggal észlelhetjük, hogy nem sikerül. Bár a kitartásunk nagyobb, mint csillaggal csapkodó és tuszkoló újszülöttnek, a négyzet alakú luk előtt, sajnos reformjaink hasonlóan jutnak sikerre a gyakorlatban is. Bár van remény: például az Európai Unió 10 éves közös munkája, az oktatás interdiszciplinaritásáról és reformjáról megjelent a 2013-as Nemzeti Alaptantervben, gyakorlati megvalósulása elmarad. Paradigma váltásra lenne szükség, amelynek a tanárképzésben, az oktatás folyamatában, a tanítók jutalmazásában és a gyermek-szülő-tanár interakciójában és közös munkájában kéne megjelennie.

If we examine the opinion of the world about succesful education, we can realize, that after the Sputnik shock, it became really interested, and a lot of effor have been made for international researches. Soon after a whole system built around it - with a lot of money involved - because it can be easily embedded to the capitalist world order, as a long term invest and as a device to dominate the competitive market. The discussions of succesfull and effective education, and the number of researches are on the rise and pedagogy developed immensely. But if we try to to shrink this global gradness, to the size of a mere institution, like schools, we could easily see, that it will be a failure. Altough our persistance is greater, than a lashing newborn with a star-shape on a square hole, unfortuneatly the reforms we imply goes with the same degree of succes. We have hope thou: for example the European Unions joint work - lasting 10 years - of interdisciplinary education made its appearance in the Nemzeti Alap Tanterv of 2013(highest form of documents, of the Hungarian curriculum and education regulations), its implication is a failure, and almost non-existent. We need a paradigm shift in the training of teachers, the process of learning and teaching, the gratification of teachers, and the interaction of children, parent and teachers, and also in their joint work.

A rasszkritika megközelítés a rasszizmus, a hatalom és jog keresztmetszetén jött létre, a kritikai megközelítést használja, amely felül kívánja vizsgálni a társadalom és kultúra kapcsolatát szociológiai módszerek segítségével. Amiért érdemes róla tudni, hogy egy részletgazdagabb szinten gondolkozik a különböző kisebbségek helyzetéről, és az egyenlőtlenségi struktúrákról(rejtett és nyílt intézményes diszkrimináció). Az erőltetett integráció és asszimiláció amelyet az adott nemzet multikulturalizmus néven akart átadni természetesen elbukott, hiszen ezek a jelenségek és stratégiák önmagukban csak kis létszámú migránst segítenek. Miért? Mert a migránsok gyakorta megőrzik kultúrájukat(elválasztathatatlan és külön nem meghatározható az ember gondolkodásától és motivációitól ), melynek élet stratégiái nem feltétlen egyeznek a befogadó nemzetével. A nem megértésre - és rasszizmusra vagy félelemre- így reagálhatnak ellenállással.

Critical race theory lies at the intersection of power, law and race, it uses critical theory which criticize and rethink the bond between society and culture, and do it with methods of sociology. The reason it is interesting, because it thinks of minorities from a much more detailed view(open and hidden structural discrimination). Forced integration and assimilation, what the given nation tried to imply naturally failed, because in reality these phenoms and strategies helps very few immigrants. Why? Because immigrants often keep their culture(hint: this is phenom which cannot be divided or described apart from the given persons thought, motivation or any sort). The cultures life strategies of the immigrants, and the receptive countries culture may not meet. So if we do not understand - and often act rasist or react with fear - they could start opposing.
